The gameplay loop is surprisingly cozy. I like it a lot.

Been looking forward to a extensive guide. I did a career and was completely lost 😭

Umamusume is the only gatcha that has me shouting at the screen like I'm watching an actual horse race, including screaming when my Umamusume wins.

"the first mistake to avoid is don't roll for horse girls" chief I got some bad news…

I played Idolmaster shiny colors and the gameplay is pretty much the same as Uma musume however, not being in English (this was before fan translation stuff) eventually stopped playing despite enjoying the gameplay loop. Uma musume is great and I’m so happy we’ve finally got it for EN, I hope it does well cause it really is a genre of it’s own in the gacha space

This was by far the best, "beginners Guide" ive seen. I totally liked this game before but now I understand it and want to train them all!!! This was great!!

Ty for making this guide. You explained it pretty well. So far I'm really enjoying playing this game.

Rednu doing Uma Musume? Let’s fucking go. Thanks for the guide

rice shower is omnipotent

Thank you for this guide brother, you made this content easily digestible compared to a lot of other starter/beginner guides, much love.

I have zero knowledge of this game but I found it on Steam one day and found myself playing for six hours… why is this game so addicting bro

: 名無し@あげません

Thank u for making this, it helped me a lot, i've been digging this game a lot compared to typical combat gachas!

I am sad that they didn't give more scenarios right off the bat. URA is the one I like least, but because I like the game, I will stick around. I'm sure it wont take too long for the devs to send to global

Career has been really frustrating tbh. Losing over and over while following guides is very confusing.

Thanks for the explanation. I have try the URA like 5 times, but never make it up. Definitely will win it after see you guide.
Thank you ❤

Hello, 20F here. Saw the app, I did watch the anime and heard of a new anime season dropping so I downloaded it. Paid real close attention to the tutorial and then tried the career. Because I was a newbie I got a lotta freebies and pulled a Umamusume called Rice Shower (a cutie pie). There were stories while training and I started learning more about her goal and dreams… So I like the story and lore and when I looked at her status, they matched so I thought that was cool… Then on her first race I placed 5th, the game hinted that I lacked strength so after fixing it and going on a race…
I watched the race and it got me SO excited, I was actually screaming in my head "GO RICE SHOWER!!! U CAN DO IT!!!" and when she got first place by a hair's length I was super happy.

Sorry just had to rant about my newly obtained obsession, there's no getting out of this rabbit hole 😅😅

There is something I don't understand and make me worried about play the game. You say if you mess up things in the career losing races, your career is over: what does that means? You just wasted that uma musume or you can "reset her" and retry with a different path? Also, are the clock for retry the race farmable items? Great video by the way, it explain a lot of critic game mechanics missing on the tutorial

: 名無し@あげません

Thanx for the guide, I skipped the entirety of the game's (probably) comprehensive 10 minute tutorial for a 40 minute one XD

: 名無し@あげません

homie here succeeds in training with a 32% fail chance while i fail a training with an 8% fail chance… eheheh… ;-;

: 名無し@あげません

I just got super creek card and choose oguri for selected 3 stars, then i won ufa championship 🎉🎉 😂 thank youuuu

: 名無し@あげません

Thank you fot the in-depth guide! I was hella flabbergasted after finishing the game's tutorial lol

Just had my super hook moment.
After three 3rd~2nd spot finishes with Agnes Tachyon, a massive last spurt to take Takarazuka Kinen had me jump up and audibly cheer Agnes on. Being this invested and cheering on a fictional race was not on my bingo card.

"its just a game about watching horse races how complicated can it be?"
>40 minute video that "skips a lot"
oh

: 名無し@あげません

Thanks for the guide, there was a lot i didnt understand but i didnt want to reroll (i wanted to stick with what i got) and i saw a couple of mistakes i did, specially in the gacha.

But i needed this more for the training and the card information, if i pay too much atention to the "upgrade the uma skills in an all rounded way" notification no wonder i was never gonna go far.

Nah bro this one of the best guides of a game I’ve ever seen thank you

: 名無し@あげません

Thank you! Didn't expect myself to watch any more gacha related content, but here we go again I guess.
You did an amazing job in highlighting how this game is different from any other out there. Hoping for a relaxing, FOMO-free experience as a new player.

i really like rice shower but i am struggling to push with her all ik from what i seen is players bulking up her speed, stamina an strength any tips? also is fine motion good for her specifically?

: 名無し@あげません

Went through at least 10+ guide videos and your explanations helped me make sense of this immediately vs the rest. I'm hooked!

: 名無し@あげません

Thanks a lot man!
I've been playing theae couple of days but gutting really frustrated, i lost three carrers until now and i almost think of giving up the game, with these tips in mind i can start playing better, i hope
Thanks again!!
