funny Doto fact: his staff thought he hated Opera cuz he would get depressed and anxious whenever the staff mentioned his name. Post retirement they then thought Doto was just reacting to the fact that the staff would be anxious when talking about their rival because on the farm, Doto and Opera got along great. The truth was revealed later when Opera's jockey Ryuji Wada came to visit and Doto got aggressive with him. Doto thought Opera was the name of the jockey

The first video isn't Meisho Doto, it's Oju Chosan, who's a legendary horse in his own right. He's a son of Stay Gold and considered the greatest steeplechase horse to ever come out of Japan with 9 JG1s in a country that has two JG1 events a year.
