shoe: +speed (ex: left/right handed, season runner, maverick, lone wolf)
heart: +stam (ex: racecourses, standard and non standard distance)
muscle: +power (ex: firm/wet conditions, competitive spirit)
fire: +guts (ex: weather days, target in sight)
book: +wit (ex: strategy savvy)
full body: +multiple stats (ex: lucky seven increasing speed stam and power)

one circle: +40 of stat
two circle: +60 of stat
can exceed the 1200 cap we have on global

I just realised that the savvy icon is a book
This whole time I thought it was just a funny looking starting gate

Double circle also helps to give you more probability of having that skill as a white spark

The only thing I dislike about this game is that it never tells you what things do directly.
It's always vague descriptions, so you have to search for things outside the game like this video.

this is why umamusume en twitter give your information of next cm early. so you can prepare the green skill you need when the race start

Also they are points effecient compared to doubling down on the stat
Stat values are exponential, so the green skills let you bypass some of the value if thats something you are looking for

they really need to rework the skill descriptions, i thought green skills improves all stats since some of it says "increase performance"

Just see the damn icon inside the green skills and see what icon it matches with one of the stats icons, it'll tell you what stats it raises
