In his last race, his jockey felt like something is wrong so he decide to stay at the back but rice sprinted himself and tripped, fracturing his leg. Rice loved racing. He even got cocky with other horses if he win.

The worst part was that Rice was only beginning to reverse uno his/her public perception then died like Suzuka immediately after.


Suzuka at least died with people loving him. Rice had only just undid the negative stigma of ending 2 potential record breaking streaks.

And this is why I love sports, just some random individual or team coming in and showing brings excitement and create what could of been situations like for example the perfect Patriots losing to the barely made it giants at a super bowl
